Shamus Lee is a certified Aircraft Mechanical Engineer with a history of Aircraft repair with Prairie Flying service with over 10 year of experience. His responsibilities include the maintaining all of our vehicles at the highest possible standards. In addition to this Shamus is responsible for Field Base Operations at major deployments. As and FBE and ACV Tech, he also flys hovercraft and operates all fo our vehicles.
Robert Wolf is originally from Saskatchewan, and has over 8 year of experience in piloting various types of hovercraft. He is well versed in the technical aspects of hovercraft and small engines. Having lived his life in the Prairies in Canada, he is well versed in the local amphibious terrain of this area.
Bob is also a member of ARSU1 (ACV Pilot and co-ordinates technical aspects of the unit). Bob has been working with the Regina Qu’Appelle Health region for over 15 years as an RN and brings his skill sets with relation to patient care to the organisation.
Vivian Mitchell is Career Firefighter and Paramedic with over 10 years experience. He is a Team Specialist in ACLS; PALS; ITLS; and Patient Care. He brings with him and enormous wealth of skills and knowledge from abroad. In addition to his First Responder skills, Vivian is in line to pilot ACV's and related amphibious vehicles.
Chris Klassen is a certified Emergency Medical Responder who works full time in this profession. As a ACV technician, Chris is involved in the rescue and response components of shallow water intervention and ice rescue. part of Chris's responsibilities include mission ready capabilities of the MCRV and all PPE - Rescue Equipment. In a mission involving the use of air cushion vehicle Chris may use his ACV pilot skills.
John Maczko is originally from Ontario and has over 10 years of experience in piloting various types of hovercraft both in Canada and abroad. He was Director of Operations of a first responder unit in Europe, and has attended dozens of call-outs throughout his career. He was part of a team that provided assistance during the Great Danube River floods in Europe.
John is a certified Swift Water Rescue Technician, and has a number of law enforcement and first responder certifications.
In addition to his position as founder and president of the CRHPA, he leads the ARSU model and ARSU1.

Tracie Anderson is among our GSAR specialists, which assist in bridging communications between other Ground Search teams and the ARSU1. She is also a member of CASARA; is a K9 handler and holds an open water dive certification. Tracey is among our highly qualified team members who are Emergency Medical responders. Tracie is also in line to pilot ACV's and related amphibious vehicles.

Field Base Engineer
David Humble has been involved with rescue organizations for 20 years. His passion for life saving started when he was 14 and witnessed a friend have a near drowning event in which he was powerless to help. Since that time he has always remained vigilant to ensure the he has the proper training, skills and ability to help. Currently he is a registered EMR with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics, Swift Water Rescue Technician and holds Basic Searcher for Search and Rescue. He also holds training with the Incident Command Structure, C.S.O. and CBRN awareness. He also volunteers with Saint John Ambulance and has received awards for his service.
Jason Hogg is presently serving as a volunteer Fire Fighter and has been involved in the training of First responder personnel in numerous disciplines. In addition to being a Rescue Tech for the ARSU1, he is also involved in the recruitment, evaluation and training of our team. Jason's knowledge and professional skills make him an asset to the ARSU1 and other ARSU units across Canada and beyond.
